My website is hosted at One.com. They have decided to upgraded the PHP to version 5.6. My 4images gallery is not compatible with PHP 5.6 and therefore åÅ, äÄ and öÖ will show up as ? instead. I will upgrade the PHP gallery as soon as 4images update their latest version.
